Log into your Bersama account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping box or mailer along with the printed return slip provided.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.
Receive Your Refund
